Above Ground Pools: The Logical and Smarter Pool Choice

You ache for a dip but you're far from the waterfront.You also have health issues with a public  swimming pool and all the toxic chemicals and bacteria in it. But it's 30 degrees!

How awesome owning your personal pool is, only open to you and your loved ones, and 100% under your control and care. You enjoy a swim anytime you like, train, play with your children or just relax.

You really want that pool. But private swimming pools are seriously expensive specially with all the construction and labor. In addition, you may potentially need a bigger house with a larger yard to accommodate the additional space.

How about buying  above ground swimming pools ? It offers all the benefits of the usual inground swimming pools but for much less money and amount of time required to have it up and running. This swimming pool needs no construction, no crew, no mess  and you can start enjoying it in few hours. Compare that to weeks and months of workers coming in and out. And as stated, you will end up paying far less than with inground pools. 

Few points for you to remember:

First, above ground swimming pools are not made of concrete but of vinyl. They consequently can be used for 8-10 years. In ground swimming pools , on the other hand, last for a lifetime.

Second, you need to devise a way to fill your above ground pool with water. That is not trivial as the quantity of water is  very large.

Third, unlike in ground pools, the water depth stays constant all along the full swimming pool length . In other words, children are safer in above ground pools than with the in-ground counterparts.

Fourth, as the pool is above ground, kids do not risk accidentally falling in the swimming pool and drowning as sometimes happens with traditional swimming pools.
